Position Summary The Senior SAP O2C Consultant will be responsible for leading, designing, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to ensure optimized, compliant, and scalable solutions across global operations. Functional & Technical Leadership Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP O2C processes (Sales & Distribution, Billing, Accounts Receivable). Support SAP S/4HANA transformations, ensuring adherence to best practices and Activate methodology. Manage business process workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Process Management Optimize end-to-end O2C workflows: Sales Order Management Delivery & Shipping Execution Billing & Invoicing Credit & Collections Customer Master Data Management Coordinate with SCM teams to align demand fulfillment, inventory, and logistics execution. Drive process improvements using SAP Fiori apps, automation tools, and analytics. Integration & Technical Coordination Collaborate with FI/CO for revenue recognition, payment processing, and account reconciliation. Partner with MM and PP to ensure real-time ATP (Available-to-Promise) and order confirmation accuracy. Support EDI / IDoc / API integrations for order processing, shipment, and invoice exchanges with external systems. Coordinate with technical developers on custom enhancements, user exits, and interface development. Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with SOX, tax, trade, and audit requirements. Work closely with GRC and Security teams to define appropriate authorization roles and segregation of duties. Participate in change control and release management processes. Testing, Training & Support Develop and execute test scenarios and UAT for O2C and SCM processes. Support cutover planning, data migration validation, and post-go-live hypercare. Deliver end-user training and documentation for global rollout. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands‑on SAP SD / O2C experience (preferably in S/4HANA). Strong understanding of Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Pricing. Understanding of SAP FI-AR integration and revenue recognition principles (RAR desirable). Technical & Analytical Solid knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Fiori apps. Familiar with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and Activate methodology. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across multicultural and cross‑functional teams. Strong leadership for workshops and business process design sessions. Fluent in English (Spanish or German is a plus). Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. SAP Certification in SD / S/4HANA Sales (preferred). ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodology certification (a plus).
