We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support a 50–60 person office in Minnesota that houses the CEO and senior leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and a high-quality workplace experience. The Office Manager will report to the Global Head of Facilities and partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Mat leave coverage from February to June/July

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for senior leaders and visiting executives
  • Manage vendors, services, and office-related projects
  • Support employee experience initiatives and general office administration
  • Ensure a professional, well-organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Office Manager (or similar) experience; open to industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and global stakeholders
