Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for an Jr. Business Process Analyst

Description

Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as an Jr. Business Process Analyst

These positions are located in Springfield, VA. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

As an Jr. Business Process Analyst, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Duties

• Examine testing processes and workflows to establish methods to improve or automate workflows.
• Facilitating process workshops and documenting information found using process maps and business requirement documents.
• Serve as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance, conduct process mapping, and identify internal inefficiencies.
• Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.

Required

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or 6+ years of experience with basic knowledge of Business Process Analysis who seeks guidance when facing challenges and take direction to accomplish tasks.
• Capable of working individually, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
• A self-starter who also knows when to seek guidance from senior employees and management.

Desired:

• Junior-level experience in the field of Business Process Analysis or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• 0-3 years of experience in one or more disciplines of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
