Job Description Job Description Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to perform service work on commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and make appropriate repairs. Effective communication with customers to understand their concerns and provide updates on actions taken is crucial. Responsibilities also include performing scheduled preventative maintenance, building, and some installations. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in commercial facilities. Perform necessary repairs and updates on HVAC systems. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide updates on actions taken. Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, building, and installations. Work with refrigeration, HVAC electrical, sheet metal, and ductwork. Essential Skills 8 years of experience in HVAC commercial or industrial service. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with HVAC systems. EPA Certification. Refrigerant certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with larger tonnage and capacity HVAC equipment, including chilled water, DX, hot water, steam. Experience with complex systems and automated controls. Work Environment You will service companies across Southeast Michigan, from Saginaw to Ann Arbor, Lansing, Woodhaven, and everything in between. The work primarily involves commercial buildings with minimal weekend work, as most commercial clients prefer weekday appointments. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of AUBURN HILLS, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
