Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $45,000$80,000 per year
Location: Work Locally No Long Commutes
Primary Purpose As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, youll be the trusted professional who ensures customer satisfaction through expert maintenance and diagnosis of residential HVAC systems. Youll deliver top-tier service with integrity, professionalism, and a smileno installation work required!
Key Responsibilities - Conduct seasonal maintenance and system inspections (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues
- Educate homeowners on system operation and energy-saving practices
- Keep detailed, accurate records of services and materials used
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment on every job site
- Stay informed on emerging HVAC technology and industry best practices
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience (preferably residential)
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
Physical Requirements: - Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor areas
- Able to safely operate ladders and hand/power tools
Reports To: HVAC Supervisor or Service Manager
