B2 Community Care is currently looking to hire reliable, Positive, Upbeat, Friendly and Compassionate people with Experience working in the I/DD Field to care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
At B2 we are all about getting our clients out into the community to participate in Activities and Outings such as: Trips to the Coast, Arcades, Zoo, Museums and Outdoor activities such as Picnic lunches, Nature walks, Basketball, etc.

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to the following tasks: Medication Administration, Toileting, Lifting, Transferring, Re-positioning, Changing Soiled Clothing, and or assisting individuals with personal Hygiene and personal care, Communication Assistance (Receptive/Expressive), Meal Preparation, Safety Monitoring and Monitoring of Health and Safety at the program and in the community. Some light Cleaning tasks to ensure our Facility remains in good condition. Given that we also participate in A lot of community Activities, Daily Driving may be a part of the required job duties to transporter clients for outings.
Our Goals are to maintain Health and Safety for all of our Clients, While ensuring they are having Fun and enjoying their time at the Day Support Activities program and in the community.
B2 Caregivers are Team players, Enthusiastic, Upbeat, Creative, Patient and enjoy having fun and spending time with the wonderful Clients we serve.
Starting Wages Based Upon Experience and Relevant Work History.
Working Hours would Be Monday Through Friday from 8a-5:30pm (No Weekends) (No Evenings Past 6pm.)
Job requires driving large transit vans to transport clients in the community.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
