Job Posting: General Production Worker

Pay: $17.46 (Pay raise after training)

Shift: M-F 7:00 am to 4:00 pm M-F for Training | After Training: Rotating Shift 12 hours shifts 7-7 (4 days on, 2 days off, 4 nights on, 2 nights off)

Location: Dawson, Georgia

Work Environment: Outside and Inside, Non-Climate Controlled

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Production Workers to join our team at our Dawson, Georgia plant. This entry-level role involves a variety of tasks including:

• Cleaning and filling machines

• Loading and unloading railroad cars

• Loading peanuts

• Performing sanitation and cleaning tasks around the facility

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of production experience

• Comfortable with heights

• Preferred: Previous forklift or skid steering experience

Work Environment:

• Fully on-site position

• Work both inside and outside the plant, mostly outdoors

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

• Production area is always hot

• Manual labor tasks such as dumping trucks, filling bags with peanuts, and general housekeeping

• Comfortable with heights, including working on stairs and rail cars

Dress Code and PPE:

• Jeans and work-appropriate shirts (no shorts or sleeveless shirts)

• Steel-toed boots (not provided)

• Safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, and ear plugs (provided)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.46 - $17.46/hr.
