Locums - Douglas, Wyoming, CRNA Opening (Willing to License)
Clinical Role:

• Start Date: 12/1/25
• Contract Length: 3 months option to extend
• Shift Details: 8-hour shifts or 40 hours a week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Support staff: 1 MD, 1 RN
• In Wyoming, CRNAs and Licensed Independent Providers (LIP), so they operate independently
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1-2 weeks, M-F
• Patients per day: Cases vary per day
• Department description: Small rural hospital. Gen Surg, Spine, eyes, plastics, ortho, neuro, OB cases if they want but not required
• EMR: Meditech
• Practice Setting: Hospital. Four ORs in Douglas and four in Casper
• Board Certified Required - NBCRNA
• Active WY License - Required, willing to license. Will take Compact License
• DEA: Required
• Minimum experience required: will review new grad
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days. Can do temps if clean NPDB
