???? 6-Month Contract | Potential Extension
???? Schedule: Noon–8 PM, 7 Days/Week OR On-Demand/Flex
Compensation: $18.00/ HR
???? Remote Work Available in Approved States:
Accepted locations: Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
Not accepted locations: San Francisco City, Oakland, Los Angeles County, San Diego City
???? Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to user questions via video or chat regarding baby care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
Provide evidence-based lactation support to address latching issues, pain management, nursing positions, and milk supply concerns.
Offer calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused guidance during every interaction.
3+ years of patient-facing experience in a healthcare setting (concierge, front office, or related healthcare customer service role).
Experience communicating with users regarding sensitive health concerns.
Strong interpersonal skills — attentive listener, empathetic communicator, and effective relationship builder.
Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) — Must be active and in good standing.
Length: 6 months
Potential to Extend: Yes (based on performance & client need)
Schedule:
Standard Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM , 7 days/week
OR Flex/On-Demand schedule for coverage as needed
