\n\nCath Lab RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state (required for Ohio nursing jobs)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Cath Lab RN or in acute cardiac care\n
• Experience with pre- and post-procedure care in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) labs\n
• Proficient in vascular access management (TR Bands, Sheaths), emergent medication administration, and cardiac monitoring\n
• Knowledge of cardioversions, loop recorders, ablations, and cardiac device procedures\n
• Completion of all required onboarding, health screenings, and competency checklists\n

\n\nCath Lab Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-procedure care for patients in busy Cath and EP labs\n
• Assist with advanced cardiac procedures, including coronary, peripheral, and structural heart interventions\n
• Manage vascular access sites and respond to emergent clinical situations in a fast-paced healthcare environment\n
• Administer medications and monitor patients during cardiac procedures and recovery\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards\n
