\n\nConnected Health Care is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a travel assignment at a reputable Critical Access Hospital near Nocona, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity for a tech who enjoys a close-knit, rural hospital environment with a highly collaborative care team.
\n\n Position Highlights \n\nContract Length: 13 weeks
\n\t\n\tShift: Day shift
\n\t\n\tSchedule: 3x12s or 4x10s (40 hours guaranteed)
\n\t\n\tFacility Type: Critical Access Hospital
\n\t\n\tPay: Up to $50/hr depending on experience
\n\t\n\tPhlebotomy: Not required
\n\t\nPerform routine and complex lab tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, and immunology
\n\t\n\tOperate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment
\n\t\n\tProcess and analyze specimens with accuracy and efficiency to support patient diagnosis
\n\t\n\tEnsure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and facility standards
\n\t\n\tWork closely with nursing and provider teams to support fast turnaround times and quality care
\n\t\n\tMaintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records Education & Certification Requirements
\n\t\n\tAssociate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent required
\n\t\n\tASCP or AMT certification (or eligible) preferred
\n\t\n\tActive MLT licensure (if applicable by state)
\n\t\n\tPrior hospital-based laboratory experience preferred
