Job Description

• Strong requirement elicitation and analysis skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and convert them into design.
• Excellent coordination with SMEs and stakeholders, managing timelines, escalations, and providing timely status updates; strong project management skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of Teradata concepts and logical/physical database design.
• Experience with Teradata utilities such as TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad, FastExport, and MultiLoad.
• Proficiency in SQL programming, including views, stored procedures, macros, and functions, based on user requirements and architectural standards.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of BI/DW concepts.
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large data volumes in Teradata and Mainframe .

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of relevant experience can substitute for each year of education.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
