Senior Financial Analyst

$90K-$100K base salary (depending on experience)  

North Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

Responsibilities include:

• Develop projections for revenue, expenses, and sales to support business planning.
• Identify trends and recommend strategies to boost revenue and optimize costs.
• Create forecasting tools to improve liquidity and align with company goals.
• Provide variance analysis to ensure leadership understands key performance drivers.
• Use financial modeling to guide acquisitions, pricing, and expansion strategies.

Requirements:

• Real Estate experience required
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
