We are looking for real sales-focused professionals in the Creative field to join our Direct Response Marketing Team and contribute to scalable campaigns while supporting the team with smart, high-impact work. Responsibilities Develop independently new ad concepts, advertorial concepts, hooks and formats along the funnel logic (Eugene Schwartz, Awareness Stages, etc.). Brief creators and designers based on your concepts. Analyze creative performance and derive concrete actions and tests (creative iterations, new angles, new funnel ideas). Collaborate closely with the Media Buying Team to translate data-driven learnings into creative concepts. Own the creative direction in Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Native Ads. Observe competitors, test formats and bring new ideas that translate into revenue. Qualifications Several years of experience in Direct Response Creative Strategy (ideally in a D2C environment). Strong proficiency in funnel marketing and understanding of funnel thinking, awareness stages, offer structure, UGC, storytelling, VSLs, scroll stops and conversion psychology. Ability to brief others well (copy, design, video) and excellent in clear communication of concepts. Structured, fast, autonomous work style with a track record of delivering working creatives.
