\n Job Specifications:
\n- Job Type: Full-Time
\n- Location: Green Bay, WI
\n- Pay Rate: $25/Hour
\n- Shift: 1st shift
\n
\n Roles and Responsibilities:
\n- Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints.
\n- Prepare screens and inks as per job specifications.
\n- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and consistency.
\n- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
\n- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
\n- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
\n- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
\n
\n Qualifications & Skills:
\n- 3+ years Previous experience in screen printing is required.
\n- Knowledge of screen printing techniques and equipment.
\n- Strong attention to detail and quality.
\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
\n- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n- Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.
