Office Manager (Remote – Full-Time)

We are a thriving functional medicine clinic with a strong virtual presence and an expanding supplement product line. For over 16 years, we’ve specialized in helping individuals with chronic and complex health conditions reclaim their wellness.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate is:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-sufficient and solution-driven
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, particularly in healthcare
Empathetic toward individuals managing chronic illness
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
Healthcare and customer service experience required
Remote position – Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and scheduling
Manage billing, payments, and lab coordination
Delegate tasks and supervise virtual assistants and admin staff
Lead and track new patient onboarding process
Coordinate payroll, sales tax collection, and ROI tracking
Manage communication via email, patient portal, and Slack
Provide high-level phone and customer service support
Continuously refine systems for an efficient and professional patient experience
Oversee front-desk performance and administrative operations
Support HR functions and ensure team organization
Track team KPIs and assist with bi-weekly meeting preparation and follow-up
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25–$35/hour (DOE)
Complimentary initial labwork and evaluation with our doctor (annually)
️️ Free care for immediate family (lab fees excluded)
Supplements and labs at cost + $100/month supplement stipend
Bonus opportunities based on care plan sign-ups
Paid Time Off (begins after 6 months, based on performance)
$300/month health stipend after 12 months (with qualifying review)
Paid birthday off — no work required
