The role involves overseeing a team of sales representatives who specialize in selling industrial equipment and automation solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of territory growth and team development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

Pay/Benefits

Our client offers a competitive salary range from $139,091 to $179,091 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package also includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
