TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Mortgage Operations Support Administrator opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

Description:

• To close first mortgage loan applications from the initial loan application through the loan closing process.
• To provide operational support for Management, Supervisory staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to execute essential mortgage production tasks, minimizing the inherent risk members assume during the origination process.
• Assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow up, ordering and/or validating documents; updating mortgage lending systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Familiarity with company products, services, policies and procedures
• High school graduate with some level of advanced education
• Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers
• Basic skill analyzing and organizing problems or work processes

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7pm CST

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST

Working Environment: Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days from home)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
