Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin - Medical to join their team. As an Admin - Medical, you will be part of the Office support team, assisting with medical claims processing and customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Claim- Entry Level

Location: Joplin, MO

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Learn to review, analyze, and process medical insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Develop competency in claims adjudication, medical terminology, and coding under close supervision

• Utilize heavy Word and Excel skills to manage data entry and documentation accurately

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and provide support

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in office or administrative roles Medical or Insurance is preferred

• Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and 10-Key data entry

• Excellent telephone skills and customer service orientation

• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance regulations (HIPAA, CMS rules)
