Job Description McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. is seeking a skilled part time or full-time legal assistant/paralegal with at least 3 years of experience for its Marlton office. Exceptional opportunity with a well-established, vibrant and team-oriented firm. Practice areas include labor/employment matters, business litigation, and general litigation. Candidate must be detailed-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office. General civil litigation experience is a plus. Main responsibilities include: Case management, opening and closing matters Preparing, editing and proofreading documents Filing pleadings, motions, and preparing discovery Interfacing with clients General office responsibilities Scanning documents, organizing physical and digital files Estimate salary range - $52,500 to $70,000 (discretionary bonus eligible).
