CURRENTLY SEEKING AN INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTER FOR OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN ROSELLE, IL

We Offer:

Pay Range $18.75 - $23.50

Position Summary:

The Industrial Spray Painter is responsible for applying primer and finish coats to manufactured products using spray equipment. This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and ensuring high-quality finishes in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix coating paints to specific ratios and prepare spray equipment, including cleaning and adjusting spray guns.
• Read and interpret technical documents such as paint mixing procedures and equipment maintenance guidelines.
• Follow assignment directions independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Clean spray equipment daily using appropriate solvents or other cleaning solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized paint mixing room while adhering to company safety policies.
• Use breathing air supply system when applying epoxy paints.
• Ensure proper respirator care, maintenance, and operation of respirators.
• Assist in preparing parts for painting when not actively engaged in spray painting.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in spray painting
• Ability to perform tasks while standing, bending and kneeling.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25lbs on regular basis
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with seasonal temperature fluctuation.

Shift: M-F 6:00am – 2:30pm with Overtime as Needed
