Are you a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into real-world products? We're looking for an Industrial Designer to join our team and help bring new product concepts to life. This is a hands-on role where you'll take designs from sketch through prototype and into production.

You'll work closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing partners, reporting directly to the Manager of Product Engineering. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing products that balance usability, functionality, and aesthetics.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine product concepts through sketches, 3D modeling, renderings, and prototypes.

  • Translate design ideas into manufacturable solutions while maintaining brand identity and user-focused design.
  • \n
  • Research materials, ergonomics, and user needs to guide design decisions.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and ready for production.
  • \n
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to move projects from concept to launch.
  • \n
  • Prepare presentation materials to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and design innovations.

What We're Looking For
    \n
  • \n Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
  • \n
  • \n 2-5 years of professional experience in industrial design, preferably with consumer products.
  • \n
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, technical skill, and experience in sketching, CAD modeling, rendering, and prototyping.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • \n
  • Passion for creating thoughtful, functional products that enhance the user experience.

Physical Demand Requirements

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
