Currently we are looking for a HVAC Senior Sales Technician to join our team! We have PLENTY of opportunity YEAR-ROUND!

Three years minimum experience required

What it requires from you:

• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Must be willing to train and assist new technician
• Help to maintain the positive work environment that is our culture
• A mind-set of positivity
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image with our clients
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site and gain 5 star reviews
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Must be a team player and assist while staying on target in your own career growth
• Experience with customer service, sales, and electrical is a huge plus and transfers well into this entry level position.
