Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of apartments, lobbies, hallways, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely and professional completion of all assigned work orders.
• Handle preventative maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, fixture checks, caulking, and grout repairs.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, patching, painting, and fixture replacements.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or projects are required.
• Communicate effectively with residents, supervisors, and building staff to ensure work is completed to satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, facilities, or construction trades.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry).
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
