Job Title: Assembler

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hr+

Location: Newark, NY

1st and 2nd shift openings!

Responsibilities

• Hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs.

• Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required.

• Review and complete required production documentation.

• Read and understand moderately complex assembly instructions.

• Comprehend written and verbal assignments.

• Inspect own work to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.

• Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools.

• Ability to read blueprints and perform electronic assembly.

• Familiarity with cleanroom and surface-mount technology.

Work Environment

This role offers 6 openings on the 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and 4 openings on the 2nd shift for SMT, Monday-Thursday from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. Work in a 154,000 square feet temperature-controlled facility with over 550 people on site and 7 SMT lines.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
