Position: Korean Language Qualified Flight Attendant

Interview Process

As a candidate for the Flight Attendant position, you will go through a multi-step interview process:

  • Pre-recorded Video Interview
  • Virtual Panel Interview
  • In-Person Group Interview (Honolulu, HI)
  • In-Person Final Interview/Language Testing (Honolulu, HI)

Position Summary

As a Flight Attendant, your primary role is to ensure the safety of our guests while they travel with us. You will be equipped to handle emergencies and provide exceptional customer service, all while creating an unforgettable Aloha experience .

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend preflight briefings on weather, routes, and emergency procedures.
  • Warmly greet guests and assist them to their seats.
  • Help guests with their carry-on luggage.
  • Demonstrate safety equipment and emergency procedures before take-off.
  • Monitor guest compliance with safety regulations and address any issues.
  • Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuations.
  • Provide food and beverage service with a smile.
  • Handle payments for onboard products.
  • Administer first aid when necessary.
  • Prepare guests and the aircraft for landing.
  • Complete annual FAA-approved re-certification.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and regulations.
  • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Present a professional image; no visible body art or extreme hairstyles while in uniform.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient in English and advanced/business level Korean.
  • Willingness to relocate within Hawaii or the continental U.S.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of customer service experience in hospitality or airline industry.
  • College education or degree.
