Finance Manager:
Due to a retirement of a long-term employee, Hellertown Borough seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee a wide range of duties including the boroughs financial reporting, payables and receivables, payroll, budgeting and compliance functions. The Finance Manager acts in the capacity of Human Resources administrator.
The Finance Manager works closely with the appointed auditor, Real Estate and LST collectors, assuring quality and timeliness of their work as well as providing information and support in their tasks.
The Finance Manager must maintain a positive public service attitude at all times, establish and maintain a positive working relations with co-workers, vendors and the public.
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and two years experience or three to five years related experience in municipal government or a combination of both education and experience. Salary range $70,000 to $75,000 with excellent benefits. The job description is available on the Boroughs website
