**Job Title:** Dietary Server

**Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dietary Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents by providing exceptional service, ensuring dietary needs are met, and promoting a healthy and pleasant dining environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Meal Service:** Serve meals to residents/patients in accordance with dietary guidelines, ensuring individual preferences and allergies are taken into consideration.
- **Menu Familiarity:** Have a thorough understanding of the menu options and dietary restrictions to assist residents/patients in making informed meal choices.
- **Communication:** Act as a liaison between residents/patients and kitchen staff, effectively communicating any special requests or dietary concerns.
- **Sanitation & Safety:** Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food service areas and dining rooms, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management:** Assist with inventory control, including restocking supplies and notifying the dietary manager of any shortages.
- **Dining Environment:** Create a welcoming and pleasant dining atmosphere, ensuring tables are set and maintained before, during, and after service.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from residents/patients regarding meal satisfaction and report any concerns or suggestions to the dietary management team.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, dietitians, and nursing personnel to optimize the overall dining experience and ensure compliance with dietary protocols.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and follow directions.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident/patient needs.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or food containers (up to [insert weight]).
