What's the Job?

• Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, fax, email, and will call) to manage orders and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Support building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively recommend solutions to customers.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that portray professionalism.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
