We are currently hiring a detail oriented and extremely organized CRIMINAL DEFENSE ALLSTAR (attorney) with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, a passion for quality customer service, and an ability to embrace change and thrive in a team-oriented culture and environment. There are 3 requirements of every YMLG team member 1) is dedicated to results (in the work that we do) 2) is dedicated to service (in how we serve) and 3) is a team player (in how we work together).

-The ideal candidate must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently.

-An ideal candidate will be energetic, quick learner, self-starter, and knowledgeable about criminal law.
-Sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations
-BILINGUAL is highly preferred but will consider all candidates with experience working with marginalized spanish speaking and/or indigenous communities.
