As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will coordinate and provide pharmaceutical care for patients within the Pediatric Unit. This role is critical to the Pharmacy team, as you ensure both patients and caregivers feel informed and educated about specific medications, dosages and other pertinent pharmaceutical information. You will also have the chance to enhance your skills through hands-on patient care, professional development courses and more offered within the Cleveland Clinic system.
A caregiver in this position will work variable shifts, including 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., with occasional night shift coverage as needed.
