About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead the clinical aspects of optometric care, ensuring that services are in line with the organization's mission, values, and community health objectives. This role requires a Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active state optometry license, a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in optometry, and a proven track record in executive or senior leadership roles. The CMO will also be tasked with developing and maintaining clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and analyzing patient outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
