Requirements and Qualifications Two years of experience in a management or leadership role in a restaurant or retail environment. Ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced setting. Self‑take accountability; admit mistakes and take action to improve. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication with all organizational levels. Physical stamina – able to stand 8 hours, lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs. Valid Driver’s License.
