We're looking for someone to join our tiny team working on an ambitious third-person video game and help us figure out how to make great looking animated humanoid characters.This is a contract position with the potential to become full time as the game progresses.Please do not email about this job, only applications via the web form will be considered.ResponsibilitiesCreate characters, clothing, hair, and textures in Reallusion CC5Help create a library of animation clips that can be sequenced for RPG-style dialogue trees (mix-and-match, we won't have bespoke animations for every line)Create custom animations for cutscenesAuthor gameplay and locomotion animationsAnimate facial + body in iClone 8 (or equivalent)Ensure LODs, materials, and physics/cloth are working in engine in Unity 6 HDRPRequirementsExperience designing characters and clothing with Reallusion Character Creator 4 or 5Experience with facial and body animationExperience bringing animated characters into UnityExperience with wiring animations into Unity's animation systemsNice-to-haveGeneral animation experience for non-humanoid charactersExperience with motion, facial, or performance capture technology that could be implemented with this pipelineExperience with motion matchingProgramming experience in Unity / C#
