PeopleShare is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our clients’ dynamic and customer-focused team! The ideal candidate will handle incoming phone calls and live chats, assist customers with orders, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in every interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE: 11am – 7:30pm and Saturdays on a rotating schedule every 2-3 weeks. When they work Sat, they’ll get a day off during the week

Starting Rate : $16.00

Job Details for Call Center Representative:

1. Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone and live chat
2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
3. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Perform additional tasks and provide support as needed

Job Requirements for Call Center Representative

1. 2+ years of professional call center experience
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong computer literacy and phone system knowledge
4. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
5. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
6. Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
