The Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our Chester, VA team as Behavioral Technicians.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with children using evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques
  
• Track and document progress, celebrating every achievement
  
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals committed to making an impact
  

Location & Schedule

• Location: Chester, VA
  
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• High school diploma or GED required (college students and recent grads encouraged to apply)
  
• Reliable transportation
