Job Title: Associate Director of Network Security

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid Schedule)

Compensation: Estimated Salary Range - $150k-$180k USD

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Network Security to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network security infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our network resources, data, and systems. You will lead a team of network security professionals, collaborate with IT teams, and interface with stakeholders across various departments to identify security risks, develop strategies, and implement solutions to protect our organization from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive network security strategy.
• Manage and mentor a team of network security specialists.
• Design and implement robust network security architectures.
• Establish and maintain incident response procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and address identified risks.
• Promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party security vendors.
• Monitor network security compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with senior management to manage the network security budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 Inc.
