The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations across the bakery, restaurant, and catering departments. Maintain standards for food quality , service, and cleanliness. Assist with scheduling, hiring, and team training. Help manage catering orders, events and deliveries. Over see inventory, ordering and cost controls. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead by example to post a positive, team- oriented culture. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong restaurant and hospitality management experience, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
