STS Technical Services is hiring experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join the team at Cobalt, a specialized aircraft component MRO facility located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is a hands-on role supporting structural repairs on high-value aircraft components with steady demand and overtime opportunities. Position Summary This role involves the structural repair and restoration of aircraft components using aluminum, composites, and other aircraft-grade materials. You will work in a dedicated back-shop environment alongside a team of professionals who are passionate about aviation and craftsmanship.
