The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobes top executives and our three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some of Adobes boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, expansion into digital marketing leadership, and positioning around Generative AI.

Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwidesupporting creatives with tools to design new content and enabling global enterprises in digital transformation and experience business creation.

What Youll Do

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join our entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing product strategies, assessing technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobes strategic positioning, and exploring market adjacencies (build, buy, or partner). You will lead projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate Adobes growth, supporting senior executives and gaining insights into their decision-making processes. This role offers unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and pathways to operational and management roles within Adobe.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025

  • 3-4 years of experience leading impactful change, preferably in management consulting, internet, or SaaS strategy

  • Strong intellectual curiosity about technology trends and long-term industry shifts

  • Ability to develop outside-in market perspectives and craft clear recommendations

  • Structured problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex issues

  • Hypothesis-driven approach with executive presence

  • Ability to influence and drive action among senior cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Experience leading teams and mentoring

Our compensation reflects labor costs across U.S. markets, with a range of $99,500 to $201,800 annually, varying by location, skills, and experience. Additional incentives, including long-term stock options, may also apply. Specific salary details will be shared during hiring.

For sales roles, salaries include total target compensation (base + commission) with short-term incentives. Non-sales roles are based on base salary with annual incentives. Certain roles may also be eligible for equity awards.
